3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted on BuceeMenu.com was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification to our copyright agent.
Your Counter-Notification Must Include
As required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

- Consent to jurisdiction — A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which BuceeMenu.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and reinstate the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our obligations as a website operator, BuceeMenu.com maintains a repeat infringer policy. We will terminate access to the Site for users or content contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party copyrights, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
